In the Tortona-Solari district, the heart of Milanese fashion, a small apartment of about 50 square meters has been completely renovated with the aim of making it an income. Before the renovation, the space had two rooms/offices, a large bathroom with tub and a laundry room. 

The client's request was to create an original and welcoming house, which stood out from the large offer of houses/rentals on the market, but which remained within a limited renovation budget. With a redistribution of the internal partitions, a single room has been created consisting of kitchen, table and relaxation area, from which it is possible to access the private balcony. In the remaining square footage there is a small hallway, a double bedroom and a bathroom with window. Furnishings purchased from large retailers are combined with ad hoc solutions, to give life to a mix of simplicity and uniqueness ready to welcome its future tenants.
